Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted.

Request for returns can be accepted if the item you purchased is defective. Please email us at uk@challiol-charmetant.com with the details of the defective product, images of the defect and your order invoice. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will respond if the item is eligible for return.

You will send the product to the address given to you, bearing the cost of shipping. Once your return is received, we will confirm the details you sent and the defect. In case there is no discrepancy, we will process your refund. A credit will be made to the original method of payment.

Shipping policy

All confirmed orders will be processed within 3 business days. Order quantities in excess of than 48 magnums may take longer to be processed.

Dispatches are made by “Best of Hungary Ltd.” You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

We currently only service orders within the UK. Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the UK.

Please note: We can not be held responsible and can not be liable for orders that are misplaced or fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipment address given by the customer.
